- Surprise Element: We do not accept returns based on a dislike of the specific items included, as the surprise is part of the experience.
- Damaged Goods: If a product is damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
- Exchanges: Exchanges are only permitted for items that are defective or incorrect (wrong size/color if specified in the order).

Order Finalization: Orders are considered “in-process” once payment is confirmed. Changes to custom branding must be made within 12 hours of order placement.
